Pros:
carries two children
Cons:
bulky, physics nightmare, cheap construction
|
|
Was a gift after the birth of our second. Super bulky, heavy, plastic construction, wheels fell off, fabric was cheap, super hard to maneuver through sstores while shopping. Overall the worst piece of baby equipment possibly ever made. Also have several friends who also had the wheels fall off while using and after calling Graco this seems to be a known problem that they are not willing to fix. Although they will send new wheels. Thankfully we did not waste our money on this horrible piece of equipment. If you don't care about function, ease of use, versitility, and quality then buy this stroller. If you prefer quality over price stear clear of this stroller.Pro: Carried 2 children.

Pros:
Great price, easy fold, big basket, comfy for all size kids
Cons:
Heavy and bulky, need to work on basket mechanism
|
|
This a very good product for the price (we paid $199 with baby seat on sale at bru). It is heavy and bulky but once open it works really well. My 4yo and 17 mo are both comfortable and both seats recline for napping. I also like that both seats have a cup holder and snack tray. There is a snack tray and key compartment for the adult. It is very stable. It locks shut. I use it to go to the mall and it manuevers well. It has two generous sun shades. As for the basket it is very large but difficult to get in and out when back seat is reclined. There is a mechanism to "open the basket" but it is tricky and sometimes frustrating.

Pros:
Roomy seats, tray, large basket, back seat reclines.
Cons:
Front canopy small, front seat doesn't recline all the way.
|
|
This stroller was a gift but I believe it was $299 +/_
We used it from day one for our twins until they outgrew the carseats. We moved into a sidexside because it was easier to maneuver on errands and not so big. Recently we started to use it again because of the roominess and the individual trays. I just wish it wasn't so heavy and squeaky. Let's see we received it in 2004 and we're still using it in 2006, not bad. Overall I am satisfied with this stroller.

Pros:
The basket rocks - you can almost fit luggage down there
Cons:
Doesn't maneuver very well, and weighs a ton
|
|
A friend of mine has this stroller, and we've shared use of it when out and about with our kids - a one year old, two year old, and three year old. The best thing about the DuoGlider is the size of the basket. On one trip, we managed to squeeze in two Nalgene bottles of water, two diaper bags, two slings, the Baby Bjorn, a big insulated lunch cooler, a purse, a small backpack, and jackets for the kids into the basket, had a backpack slung over the handle, and could've gotten more in there if we had to. I usually use a Zooper, whose basket is almost nonexistant compared to this, so it was nice. That said, this stroller weighs a ton (even when not loaded down), doesn't turn well, and is both long and wide. It wouldn't be easy to get this one through the racks in a store, and if you're like me and try to prevent your child from grabbing by going fast, you would fail miserably, and probably break stuff in the bargain.I don't mind this stroller, but I wouldn't buy it if I could afford something a little lighter and easier to maneuver. And the basket underneath is just asking for trouble, anyhow...

Pros:
Great space for kids and all your stuff
Cons:
We don't call it the barge fer nothin'
|
|
When I found out I was having a bonus baby, a double stroller was in my future. But, huge amounts of inheritance money were not. So....I shopped for a cheaper double that would meet our needs. The DuoGlider was that stroller. It's easy to fold, easy to load kids in and out of and works great for our outdoor excursions. The huge basket holds a day's worth of stuff and the two snack trays hold everyone's food and drinks (well, not mommy's...).What would I change? We call ours 'the barge'. I have never driven a barge, but I assume that manuvering one is kinda like trying to drive this thing thru the racks in mall stores. I also would add a parent's tray so that I have a place to put my drink. For a cheap double tho, this is a great choice!
