I got pretty into my nursery, and was thrilled to find New Arrivlas. Their bedding and other products are so adorable and I thought very different than other things I had seen. It IS pricey, but in my baby eurphoria I decided it was worth the splurge and placed my order in September.

Cut to December. I STILL have not received the entire order! What I have received is very nice and good quality, but there are outstanding items. What I find incredibly frustrating is that this must be an organization run out of the back of someone's garage, b/c the follow up and customer service is HORRIBLE. They do not accept phone calls and direct everything to email; when you send emails they just don't respond. Not even with a 'we're looking into it' standard response. I've had no luck using their online tracking and they do not supply UPS tracking numbers so you can do it yourself. I received one email that gave me an estimated shipping date (which I had to request) and the actual ship date was 1.5 weeks later! When they shipped a partial order, they did not note that the other item was not included or had even been ordered at all. I had to call and let them know. That was a month ago and I still haven't received my outstanding items...and the baby is almost due!

Overall, cute stuff. Crappy business and bad customer service. Just be forewarned if you order from them directly. Perhaps the experience would be different if you place your order through a store or online business.
