I wanted to share my fabulous experiences with BabyCenter.com - both their CS and their prices/deals incl, very low-cost/free shipping.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - A+
When FedEx lost our order, BabyCenter's CS came through with no questions asked. I filed a complaint with FedEx for a lost package issue that was 100% FedEx's fault, only to get NO response. I emailed BabyCenter CS asking for help putting pressure on FedEx (not expecting BC to replace the product as it was not their fault).
CS immediately replied with an apology and sent us replacement a UPS that day. Both the online agents I worked with at BC were extremely nice, responsive and helpful.
DEALS & COUPONS - A+
The deals we find on BC sometimes astonish even us!
We initially purchased our Zooper Waltz from BC for $170 (reg. price $289). BC has it on sale (30% off) and we used a 15% off coupon code.
We immediately received another great coupon as a thank you (up to 20% off our order). We bought another slew of things for our soon-to-be-born DD and gifts for other kids for Christmas including an Ergo Baby Carrier for $70!!! What a steal!
Given the prices and the CS, we just now paced another 20% off order ... only to get a $50 credit from BC as a thank you with no strings attached!!
I would highly recommend BabyCenter.com to anyone. I can honestly say we have saved $300++ through their deal, coupons and credit!
P.S. They also have started an online registry and look to be starting a more formal ParentPoint reward system.
