Just wondering if anyone has any experience - in terms of customer service, shipping and handling etc. ordering a rocker glider from Good Night Ben (website)?

I ordered my glider from Good Night Ben and was very pleased with the service and shipping. I was unable to order via the website. I obtained a price quote by phone, comparison shopped and then called back and placed my order. If you do a search in the forum "Blame Canada" you will find many more comments about Good Night Ben.

Hi. I just received my glider and ottoman from Goodnight Ben yesterday. I also ordered on the phone and found their customer service very good. The glider came via Fed Ex in 7 weeks (as opposed to the 8-10 quoted. It is in great condition and we are very happy with it. (Plus, not sure if this is still the case, but I saved over $200 ordering from them vs. the places in Chicago where we live).

I bought my glider through them after reading all the great comments about them on the boards....
My chair took nine weeks and was in perfect condition. I love it.
My dad liked the chair so much he ordered one too. His came in 7 weeks. We both got the Dutalier 11789
His chair reclined all the time, even when it shouldn't. I felt awful...... I told him I would contact GNB and his response was "do you think they will send someone from Canada to fix it?"
Well I did email GNB, and within 30 minutes they called me. Apparently every now and then this problem comes up. I told her what dad said and she giggled and said "maybe".
They are sending another chair! free, and we don't have to send back the other. I could not believe how nice Tracey was. If I need another chair, I will be getting it there!
