Picket Fence inside the nursery...

We are working on a garden theme for our new baby and want to put a picket fence inside the room along the wall. Has anyone done this before and if so do you have any pictures, suggestions, or books. We have been looking for patterns and ideas on the internet and we mostly find murals. Madeline has a mural in her room and we want to do something a little different for this baby.

Any suggestions would be a great help...

Sorry, I don't have any help for you, but I think the picket fence idea is darling!!

I saw a picture of this exact thing on a post at www.ovusoft.com. If you go to their message boards and then to "Pregnancy Fun", they have a nursery gallery too - you may have to scroll a few pages to find it. Anyway, there are TONS of pictures of completed nurseries... one of them is the CUTEST garden theme with a picket fence. Let me know if you can't find it!

If you look at the pictures of nursery on this website you will see an example of what we did (farm nursery - I beleive is the subject line). We used a farm fence idea for the chair rail. It was pretty easy and did not cost a lot to make.
