Circo Bedding at Target?

This wasn't reviewed in the latest edition of Baby Bargains but does anybody have any real info on them? I opened up a package at Target and the elastic goes all the way around. I didn't see a thread count listed and I don't know who makes them or if Circo is the manufacturer's name.

If anybody has bought this bedding or knows anything else about it, please post your thoughts. :)
