Anyone have any first-hand info. or reviews you've read/heard on some of the Target and Wal-Mart bedding brands that are not listed in the most recent bargains book? My assumption would be that, with such reasonable prices, the quality is lower….but I know that is not always true. Here are a few brands I have in question:

Wal-Mart:
Seed Sprouts
My Baby Sam
George
Trend Lab

Target:
NoJo
Tadpoles
Tiddliwinks

Thanks!

Nojo is not unique to Target. It's also sold at BRU and a few other places. Never heard of the other 2 brands you mention under Target (they must be older than 2002), and I boycott Wal-Mart.

I just purchased the Tiddliwinks Travel stuff from Target.com and I am VERY impressed. The quality seems just as good (if not better) than some other PBK, Land's End, and Carter's stuff I've seen/ordered. And the colors are even more vibrant than they are on the website.

Now, having said all that, baby isn't here yet so I don't have experience with repeated washings and stuff like that. But so far, I'm impressed with Tiddliwinks.

I have the Tiddliwinks changing pad cover from Target and it is so much nicer than the ones I got from BRU. Much softer and holds up better in the wash. I got a 2 pack of sheets from them also, but I only use them a daycare. At home we use Quick Zip crib sheets which I highly recommend. The Target flannel sheets are soft but the cotton percal sheets are just ok (in terms of softness). Both hold up well in the wash.
