I just got my first Hanna catalog in the mail and the long johns (among many other things) caught my eye. Here are my questions:

(1) are they really, really soft? (enough to justify the price?)
(2) do they run small or true to size? I'd like to know if I should order the next size up. DS is 12 months and falls into the 80 size, but sometimes long john/pj type clothing is too tight around the arms and ankles for him.
(3) do they ever go on sale? There's a print on sale now, but is there ever an "all long johns on sale" time?

Thanks!

We love our Hanna long johns!!! They do seem to run true to size - Kasey is 2 1/2, 34.5 inches tall and about 26lbs and the size 90 fits her great. They are extremely soft - softer than Gap or Gymboree - and the cotton is very thick. They only seem to have sales on them occasionally - the ones we have are the print ones that went on sale. Kasey has "Circle of Friends" and my 5 year-old dd has "School Days". They are pricey and I can't afford to spend that much on pj's, so I figure maybe we will splurge on 1 or 2 pairs a year. Good luck - we love Hanna's!!!
