Non-leather Robeez-like shoes?

Does anyone know if there is a brand that makes shoes like Robeez but without leather? We're vegan, so leather (and wool) are out of the question, but it looks like such a good shoe design. Is it a pipedream?

You might check out Padders http://www.padders.com. Some of them seem to be made only of fabric with PVC soles, such as the Trampers line and possibly other lines, but it is hard to tell from their website. You probably would need to call or email to be sure. I have never ordered from them, but you might want to search the archives. I know a couple of people on here have bought them and liked them.

Don't know if you're near one, but I think I saw those Padders at a Sox Appeal that I was walking by the other day. I didn't stop to look at them, though.

Thanks. I'm not sure if we have Sox Appeal, but I'll look into it. It's always helpful to be able to try shoes on in a store! They look like very comfy shoes.

I received a One Step Ahead catalog today and I saw some shoes that were similar to the Robeez shape that was polyester and spandex. Maybe it's on their website www.onestephead.com.

Patagonia has little slip-ons in a style similar to Robeez but with no where near as many design choices. The bottoms aren't fleece and seem to do pretty well in the no skids dept. They're really cozy, too.

We bought DS some great fleece slippers that have non-skid dots on the bottom at Target. They are for sure vegan - no leather or suede. The slippers are made by Circo-Baby, and DS lives in them!

I can't seem to find them anywhere online, so you'll have to go to the store to get them. My only problem is that now I can't seem find them in his size at any of the Targets in our area, and when we do find them, they are usually only in size XS and pink! The slippers go up to size XL (18-24 months) and come in a variety of colors (sky blue, grey, pink, navy, and I think hunter green). Circo-Baby also makes other styles, but I think some those have leather soles.
