Gymboree Alphabet Soup/ Gymbucks ?

I have been trying to figure out what I could possibly buy with my Gymbucks since the boys' lines are horrendous + I think I've settled on picking up a few items from Alphabet Soup. I like the B seater + onesie (DS' name starts with a B), the brown Corduroys and the grey and white striped items. Will this line be on sale during Gymbucks? Also in terms of sizing, my DS is a petite one year old (avg. height but just under 19 pounds). Currently he fits perfectly in the 9-12 month size and he can wear some tops in the 12-18 month range. If I buy the items I like, I will buy 12-18 months for the fall. Will this work? Thanks so much! If this won't then I'll probably spend my Gymbucks on gifts for girls.

I'm not an expert on gymboree sizing, but 12-18 mos should be fine. My DS was small and I always bought his sweaters a bit bigger than needed - that way they last longer - and if you layer things under them, they will still be comfortable.

Yes, isn't that the truth... current gymbo boy stuff is just gross!

I'm planning on buying alphabet soup with gymbucks too. It shouldn't be depleted, and it may even be 20% off - sometimes they don't mark it down until the last couple of redemption days, though.

The sizing should be fine. Our boys are about the same age (6/25), and I'll be getting that size too. Also, here in Northern Calif., we don't see cooler weather until the end of October. And that's only in the evening. My boy will definetlty be in that size by winter. In fact I already bought the alphabet onesie during gymbucks earning (just couldn't wait!), and it didn't even look that big.

Thanks! I'm hoping it's on sale since I have credit and Gymbucks. My DS definitely does not need any more summer clothes and I'm looking forward to dressing him for fall. The Alphabet Soup line has really grown on me so I'll probably buy the onesie, the sweater, the corduroy pants and maybe even the grey striped outfit-if it's all on sale. I am also planning on buying some of the girls' Alphabet Soup + EH for gifts. =)

I think I'm getting gray onesie and jeans for fall and then the skate pup overalls and striped polo bodysuit for next spring. The skate pup outfit grew on me, but I don't like the rest of the pieces. Maybe their next collection will be better!
