I've been pretty good about grasping all these abreviations so far (since I'm new), but what does COF stand for?

COF is Circle of Friends (30% of sale) and the gals on www.gymborebel.com are reporting it will be 11/18 - 11/21.

I just got back from Gymboree and overheard the girl saying that you are actually going to need a coupon for this sale (no email invite). I guess they are having some kind of contest with employees to see who gets the most customer to come in and use they coupons they gave out. I don't know the whole story but that is what some people are reporting on Gymborebel too.

The last couple of times there is always a rumor that no more emails. In the end it really seems unlikely that is true because that would mean less sales for Gymboree in general since no one is really going to shop without the coupon and those who have the coupon probably end up spending more then they would if they didn't have the coupon. In the end Gymboree makes more money off 10,000 women having an email coupon then they would off 1,000 with a coupon in hand. Not that haven't done coupons that you can only earn after spending x number of dollars (Rise and Shine is an example) but if they put out a online code (which I'm sure they will) not emailing coupons only serves to make people who really want stuff to buy online

Anyway like I said, we keep hearing that they aren't going to email anymore and we keep getting them. :)
