Will Hanna send me a replacement button?

Hi all,

I've been trying to stay out of here because Kai doesn't really need new clothes since he is such a peanut (wearing last summer's 12-18 clothes, which were kind of loose last summer!). So sorry I am just jumping in to ask a question!

Kai only wore his bold striped romper (green and white stripe with navy collar and trim) a few times last summer, and one of the buttons came off in the wash towards the end of summer. I had the button somewhere, but now I can't find it :( Do you think Hanna would send me a button? I know they have great CS, but am I hoping for too much here?

I'd bet they will. I had the same problem a year ago, and they sent out a new button no problem!

Good luck, I've always had great luck with their CS.
