What do you put under an apron dress?

I don't know what the correct name is for this type of dress. I bought a Hanna dress from a local consignment shop. It looks as though it's never even been washed. It only ties on the sides and is open otherwise and sleeveless.
What do I put under it?

Hanna has a short-sleeve eyelet crawler/onesie shirt that looks adorable under that style of dress. HTH!
