"Perfect" outfit in October's Babytalk?

I realize that this is a little obsessive, but i was just checking out the new issue of Babytalk, and there is an adorable outfit but I can't find it on the resources page.

it's the article "Confidence Boosters" and the little boy in the article is wearing a long sleeve one piece romper with blue stripes and it says "perfect" across the front.

Does anyone know who makes this?
