Hanna playdress question

I'm sure this is a duh to all you Hanna experts, but what size do the playdresses change from the high/empire waist to the lower/typical waist? Or is it a baby vs. girls thing? Does it vary with season?

For the long sleeved dresses last season, the 100s and lower were empire waisted and the 110s and higher were low. The spring ones look like they have the same waist, but only up to 80 come with the diaper cover.

My DD just moved from the 100s to the 110s, and the dresses still look nice with the lower waistline. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. There are 4 buttons instead of 3 in front, if I recall correctly.

This is my situation exactly! My DD's first 110 playdress arrived recently, and it looks as adorable on her as her 100 did (although I was afraid it wouldn't be high enough waisted for my taste). It does have 4 buttons instead of 3.

I guess I'm the opposite. I wish the smaller dresses had a lower waist. My DD is wearing a 100 and it's a tad big on her but I've always thought it looked short. Maybe it's just her build.
