I really like the fit of Hanna size 80 shorts on my 18 month old DS--plenty of room to grow but not too baggy (esp. with his cloth diapers). He is currently 32 inches and 21 lbs.

I am interested in some of the MiniBoden shorts, but am unsure whether to order size 12-18 mos or size 18-24 months. Which size (for shorts) is closest to Hanna size 80?

Thanks!
Kristin

I don't have a pair of their shorts yet, but I do have their pants, and I would definitely say the 12-18 month size would be closer to Hanna 80s.

In that case, would you agree that Boden size 12-18 is significantly larger than, say, Gap 12-18 or Gymboree 12-18?

Right now my DS just fits into either Gap or Gymbo 12-18 months, and I bought the Hanna size 80's for him to grow into this summer.

Thanks for your response!

Hmm... I'm not sure! I can tell you that DS is 26 months, about 25 lbs and about 34" tall, and he fits perfectly into Boden 12-18 month pants, and he wore his Hanna size 80 shorts last year and they fit well, with a little extra room. They'll still fit him this year I think. You know what - yes, I would say Boden 12-18 months is larger then a Gap or Gymbo 12-18 months, because I don't think he wears a 12-18 months in any of his other clothes.

Do you have the link to the 10% off plus free shipping and free returns? If you do a search here for Boden sale, and look for a post from me, there are a couple links in there for this deal. You can order both sizes and see which fits best. :)
