I'd skip them. They have a history of being rude to customers.

I realize this was a specific situation and they have every right to deny the request, but the manner in which they denied it has them off my Shoes To Buy list.

Soft Star Shoes look similiar, you could try those.

I was going to say the same thing. I won't buy any shoes from them because of their rudeness.

I know that they are super cute, but the lady is not nice and the email she sent me during the whole co-op issue was so incredibly rude that I would never do business with them. There are way too many other shoes out there for you to buy. Sorry, not to be a spoiler.

Oh my goodness! I TOTALLY forgot about all that hoopla with the Bear Feet lady. You are SO right! She was nasty! Now I remember. Ok, note to self!!!
