View Full Version : how to keep DD's pants from falling off? (no-sew?)

Is there a doo-hicky that I can use to hold up my daughter's pants *without* having to sew them?

If the only option is sewing, any input on how to go about it?

Thank you for any help you can give! My DD is so skinny and tall, so all of her pants (especially the Naartjie) fall off :)

Warm regards, Barbie

You can try rolling the waist down once or twice as long as she's wearing a shirt untucked. Or what I've done with Naartjie pants is pinch in a little from each side of the waist and sew each up w/ a few stitches. That way you can undo it if you need to or want to resell them.

HTH!

Okay, I found these: tinybigs.com and ordered one... I will let you know if they work. I think there is a BBB co-op coming up for these this month (?)

Any other ideas?

Thanks so much,
Barbie

You might not like this answer but my solution is to only buy dresses and leggings.
