Sigh... soooo much cute clothing for girls. On the other hand, I'd probably go broke if I had a girl.

I so understand. I have two sons and two nephews with no girls in site!

I just may go broke on summer clothes, lol. ;) I need to get off the clothing boards!! But, I did want to say that I think Naartjie's summer 1 line has some super cute things for boys! www.naartjie.com HTH!

Yeah, I told my husband that he'd have to get a second job if we had a girl! Not that I can't do some damage for my son. I just realized that he has 7 pair of shoes. Oops.

The Naartjie boy stuff is too cute. I just did a lot of damage with those pirate shirts for my 3 grandsons. They are all into pirates. I ended up with 1 dress for my grand daughter. It's usually the other way around.

I hear you. But I have recently gone so NUTS buying clothes for Adam (who will outgrow them in a month or two), I can't even imagine how crazy I'd go if I had a girl. So maybe we're lucky?

I agree! I love buying for my DS, the fun tshirts, shorts and jeans.

I have both a boy & a girl and while I enjoy buying clothes for DS, it does not compare with the amount of choice and cute things available for DD. I never realized how shortchanged the boys are when I used to only shop for DD. But now that I have DS, I notice how minimal the selection is in comparison to the girls stuff.

It was the reverse for me. I had a boy first, cuteness factor worked until he was almost two and the selection went grossly downhill after that (if you love stripes, you're golden! thank goodness for Boden!) Then lo and behold, my next was a girl. Whoa Nelly! The difference between night and day! The hard part is not buying too much!

Yeah... my DS is huge, so is in 2T stuff already. Not much super cute stuff for him. But I do like the bug line from Gymboree.

You know I think if I had a boy I would purchase a lesser quantity but more expensive/boutique clothing so it would work out to be the same cost. I especially love seeing little boys in cute jeans with vintage-inspired tees, or western type shirts.
