recommendation for full covering swimming suit...

Looking for a swim suit that covers most of the babies body with SPF in it-she is very skinny at 14 months about 16lbs.

Where can I buy one?

How about a swimsuit, maybe a swim shirt and a hat...and an umbrella or shade when she is out in the sun?

DD has the Baby Banz suit. I like it a lot. I don't think it is too hot at all. http://www.babybanz.com/usa/category9_1.htm The size 1 would fit your DD but I would get a 2 because she'd get more use out of it.
