Any one have a sled like this (Kinder Sled)?

There doesn't seem to be a strap to secure baby (?). How would this be used, or is it just intended for show???

I have an antique one that is used mostly just for show. However, we have strapped Caden into it when he was a toddler. We strapped him in using one of DH belts.
