Has anyone ordered from this site? I have a bunch of things in my shopping cart, but wanted to find out if others have had any experience with this site? If so, how often do items turn over....should I rush to buy things or is there usually a pretty interesting selection? Most of the items in my cart are books and toys, but it looks like it might be worthwhile checking out the clothing items. Any feedback would be great!

I haven't ordered personally, but my Mom has placed several orders for DD (clothes & toys). I don't think she's had any problems. I know she had to exchange one toy item that was defective and they just sent her a new one, so that's a positive experience. As far as selection goes, I can't help you there since I'm not usually the one doing the looking.

I order from them all the time. Popular things do sell out, and they don't often reduce prices any further, so if you see something you want go ahead and get it.

I've made several orders and never had any problems. I did get a a Taggies plush toy that started unraveling, and they credited my card and let me keep it. They said it would be cheaper for them if I kept it instead of shipping back, processing the return, etc. My mom was able to fix the toy on a recent visit.

If you read the Reality Layette board, you may have noticed the post that Kidssurplus is also starting to get Hannas in.

I ordered all of my daughter's Christmas presents from them without a problem. I'm going to order her birthday presents from there in a few weeks.

I would say that I get about 90% of DD's toys from them. I always check BRU first to make sure I am getting a good deal. There has been a few times when BRU was cheaper but not many. I've also ordered some sleepers and Goldbug socks from them. I LOVE the Goldbug socks, so far they are the only ones that stay on DD's feet.
