View Full Version : Comfort Silkies arrived! Yummy!

Tara (TaChapm) they came today! We got the Original soft and silkie and the Heavanly silkie. I washed and dried them just in time for nighty night and they were so wonderful to cuddle with. I sat and rocked ds and snuggled them around him. Aaahh, I immediately appreciated how wonderful these blankies are. I hope DS takes to them quickly (I'm kind of tired of being groped while nursing.)

I got mine today, too. I had to put a hold on all the other loads of laundry so I could get his Silkies washed and dried in time, too!

I got the Original Soft (blue) and the Heavenly (primary print SO CUTE!) and my ds was dragging it all over the house like Linus on the Peanuts.

I'm so glad you love them! Last night I found myself just snuggeling with Jackson's heavenly silkie and he wasn't even in my lap. It just feels so good! The more you snuggle with them and it takes on your scent the faster your baby will take to it. We took Jackson's to the hospital so he was pretty attached early on. BTW...They just get softer the more you wash them. It's wonderful!

I can't tell you how many people have come up to me and commented about Jackson being like a little Linus. We actually call him that sometimes. My mom started him a Peanuts Ornament collection for that reason. If you happen to spot a Linus ornament pleas let me know. It has kind of become an obsession. It is just sooo sweet when they cuddle with their silkies.

Ohhh.. Im excited. Mine have been shipped, maybe I will get mine today also! They are supposed to be for Christmas, but you never know! :)

Speaking of Christmas...I told my dh that I want the Quillow for myself! I just may have to buy it for myself because he's so overwhelmed with all my suggestions! LOL

I told my mom that I want a quillow. It is something I really want but would never buy for myself. Funny how I don't have a problem loading Jackson up with CS products but I won't buy them for myself. At least I get to snuggle with his.
