I'm looking for a train table for Sydney but not for the purpose of trains. i really like a train table bc it has enclosed side so stuff won't fall off as easily. I also want drawers underneath for storage.

I found this KidKraft set for the best price using BizRate. It's cheaper than all otehr places including Wal-Mart.

What do you think? I sent an email to the company asking about bulk discount and I posted in the co-op[ forum to find interest.

What are your experiences with train tables (not for the purpose of trains)? And if you might be interested int he co-op pplease go to the co-op forum for my post. TIA.

We purchased that table (the Costco version) this winter and my DS loves it. The storage is great and the table is useful for trains, LP sets and crafts. The surface is great for playdough + messy projects. Hope this helps!

Mia doesn't use her train table for trains - funny since she loves her trains at school - but it's a stove, drawing table, home for her Matchbox cars, bookshelf, etc.

We have that exact train table with the two trundles and we love it!! We do use ours for trains and it gets used for hours daily. Besides trains it is used for Little People sets, matchboxcars, mega bloks, coloring - you name it!! I think you will be very happy with the table and that is a good price.

Do you know if Costco still has these? We do not have one close by to see. Was it less than $225?

Costco carries them at Christmastime only.

We got the table this past December. The table, trundles, and train/plane (it was a basic transportation theme) set was $120 TOTAL.

That price is awesome but I don't think we can wait til next X-mas. From one birthday alone, we accumulated two Little People sets and a 113 piece play food set. The small toy pieces on the floor are driving me nuts.

Oh well, thanks for letting me know.
