I'm thinking about getting one of these for my DD - 15 months old. I think (???) someone (August Mom??) said that the wheels actually turn. Can you use the steering wheel to actually turn the wheels? I haven't located any in my area that will actually do that... :)

We have this and yes, the steering wheel turns the front wheels.
