I just wanted to share a really great service experience I had today. On Monday DH rolled his car. He's fine, but since the car was totalled we needed to replace the carseat. We had a Fisher Price Safe Embrace, which we loved, and were told they would replace the car seat with a "comparable" seat. I called today to ask if they meant comparable in price or quality, and was told by the person on the phone that I should buy the safest carseat out there. She confirmed this with 2 different managers. I told her I wanted to buy the Britax RA for $200 (It's on sale at a local baby shop), she checked with them again and they said it didn't matter and that we should buy the safest carseat we could. I was very, very impressed and just wanted to our incredibly positive experience.
Now I'm off to get my new seat!
