Hello -
I have had 2 1/2 year old dd in a Britax RA for 2 years. She has never liked car rides. During the winter last year, she repeatedly cried and pointed to her back, saying it hurts. I thought maybe it was her clothing bunching up in the seat or something. Now that she is more verbal, she frequently tells me her back hurts in the car seat. Clearly the problem is not the clothing. I have checked the seat out many times and cannot find anything wrong with it so I have continued to use it. Now, I need a new seat for 5 month old ds and I am debating whether to get something other than a Britax for dd and put ds in her old RA.
Has anyone ever had this problem with the RA? Anyone have any suggestions? I hate to put ds in the same seat to perhaps hurt his back also (he also cries in the car frequently).
