OK, I'm sure this is a ridiculous question, but what do I do with the LATCH straps? Tuck them into the seat, or remove them completely? I'm feeling overwhelmed right now, and I can't find a tech nearby. (The local police station is supposed to have someone who is CPS trained, but they said no. All of the neighboring towns insist that you be a resident. They are oh soooo helpful.)
Thanks.

Believe it or not, it took me over a year to find the latch pockets on the side of the cover...I thought people who mentioned them were nuts!
Ok, look at the very edge of the cover by the elastic about where your dds thighs go. There's about a one by 6 inch little pocket under there, that is the same fabric as the seat, on the under/inside of the cover. The LATCH connectors fit rather nicely into it.
If you know your harness is threaded correctly, and your seat is installed tightly and not moving where the seatbelt is going through it, and you have the shoulderbelt lockoff engaged and the harness tight on your dd, there's no need to go to a cps tech if you don't want to :) I usually show people how to install the MA FF when they first buy it, because I feel bad when they pay me $20 for an FF install and I show them how and it only takes about 43 seconds, max, and they are like, "That's it????"

Thanks, Julie. I appreciate your quick response. Found 'em! I'm glad to know it wasn't such a foolish question. OK, I'm ready to hit the garage. Well, maybe I'll wait til tomorrow afternoon. It's bitter cold out there!
I *wish* I could pay you $20 to help me, even if it only takes 2 minutes! I am having a devil of a time finding someone local. I'll just have to ask one of my friends who has this seat to check it for me.
At least the seat looks "mauvelous." (LOL!) I really like the color! :)
