I am still trying to squeeze 2 convertibles & 1 infant seat into the back of my Volvo SUV. I agree that for ease of access, the infant seat should go on one side, with one convertible on the other side & one convertible in the middle. I have 2 Marathons, but my Graco snugride won't fit in the middle between the two and the 2 Marathons are too big to go side by side.
I have checked out other recommendations, but I really think the Britax's are more padded & seem more comfortable, not to mention their safety rating. Please feel free to convince me otherwise...
So my question is - does anyone know of any combinations of Britax convertibles that will go side by side - 1 on one side, the other in the middle and will the Britax infant seat then fit (I read it is narrower than the Graco but haven't seen it IRL)?
I have a 3 yr old/35lb, an 18 mo & baby to be. Thank you!

Maybe the Marathon in the middle and a roundabout on each side?

The Graco Platinum Cargo has all the safety of the Britaxes, now that it has EPS foam in the headrest, and the straps are really very non-twist... Still, I know what you mean, it's just not quite the same :(.

I really think one or two roundabouts will do the trick for you, but it won't be easy, by any means (trying to reach down there to buckle can be a challenge and a half...install the center seat first)

Do you have a tech nearby to help you out? Installing 2 MA's and an RA wasn't so bad for ME to do in a Mercedes 320 wagon, but I don't think the mom could have done it as fast or relatively easy.

All have tech locators :)
