Where to find date of manufacture on a MA?

Where can I find the date of manufacture on the MA? My DH recycled the box before I got a chance to look for it there, and I've scoured the seat itself to no avail. I'm sure it's right in front of me...

Try on the outside right hand side (facing the seat) under the cover kind of near the lip of the seat up by the child's shoulder/head.

Or under the cover where the child's right thigh would be?

It's under the cover under the thighs, I think on the child's right.

eta: just went outside to look. Under the child's left thigh, facing the "front."

Ah ha! It was under the cover, sort of behind the lip behind where DS's right shoulder will be someday.
