Seat w/quick to adjust shoulder straps?

We want to get a third carseat to have in DH's car in case he needs to transport one of our DDs. Are there any carseats that allow for "on the fly" adjustments of the shoulder straps so that it could quickly be adjusted to fit different height DCs w/o taking the whole seat out and reinstalling? (We currently have 2 MAs, and DH thinks it's a PITB to adjust those straps, so I'm looking for something "easier" for him to use. ;) )

Boulevard? Is your older DD FF? If RF could she use the same strap height as your older DD? I think there is an alpha omega seat that you can do that with but IMHO there are alot of PITB things about that seat.
