We have a Saturn SL 2. We'd like to buy a Britax Marathon but not sure it'll fit, especially rear-facing. Since the brick-and-mortar baby stores are miles from where we live, I'm wondering if anyone on the boards has used a Britax MA (RF and forward) in the center seat of a Saturn SL. How did it work for you? And does it leave room for a passenger - and perhaps a future infant seat?
If it's too snug, we may just have to go with a RA instead.
Thanks for any advice!

i didn't have an MA, i had a Wizard and it was an SL1...but basically the same scenario. it fit in the middle seat but not outboard. and we WERE able to squeeze the snugride next to it! HTH!

I've had my WZ in an SL2 outboard RFing and FFing. There was a Graco Snugride installed in the center. I didn't have a 45' recline when it was RFing, but my DD was over 2, so it didn't matter. It fit better behind the passenger seat than the snugride did.

We have an SL1 and have had a RA and that fits in the center either rear or forward facing. We have also tried it with a Snugride in the center and the RA next to it and that worked. We have a MA in our minivan but we never tried it... I would guess it would forward face just fine but rear facing might be tight (have to scoot seats up in the front).

Thanks everyone! That's really helpful. Sounds like the MA should fit...will keep you posted! :-)
