I know we are all sick of this but I called Customer Service this morning after I tracked my order online and it showed 2 charges one for over $500.00! I called the number to find out what was up.
Stephanie in Customer Service assured me that those 2 charges did not go through.
What did get processed and is shipping is the Volo in Denim for $ 29.99! How it went from $40.00 to 29.99 I have no idea and the other item I ordered that went through was a toy that was not discounted and they charged me full price. She credited my credit card right away and gave me the discount that showed on the website.
So, the point is.... make sure you check your orders again and see that the correct discounted price goes on your credit card.
It is a mess and they admit that so be careful.
Right Start took all their merchandise off the FAO site although when you go it still shows up.
