I'll be ordering my MBUD as soon as #2 arrives, and I'm trying to decide whether to splurge on the carrycot.
I plan to walk every day during the two months I'll be at home FT, and then several times a week once I return to work.
Some factors:
We're in AZ, and the daytime temps are already in the 90s. We won't be out during the hottest part of the day, but it will be warm. Will the carrycot allow enough air circulation? Or are we better off with a lambswool insert?
DS was 9lbs 10oz and 22 in, and #2 isn't measuring on the small side. What are the weight/size limits for the carrycot? How long can I expect to use it?
We go to the mall about once a week, so DS can play. But we won't be doing a lot of in & out errands. Will having to remove the carrycot to put the stroller in the car, even once or twice a week, become a major PITA?
And for all you fashion mavens, we're planning on the silver MB and the black carrycot. :)
TIA!
