Anyone ever use the pinwheel stroller fan? Will it work on an umbrella stroller?

I just purchased an inglesina twin swift and am wondering if the pinwheel stroller fans can attach to umbrella strollers? And if anyone has tried them, how you like them? Thanks for any input!

I bought one of those a few years ago and returned it because it was so weak. I bought this one instead (though I'm sure I paid less than that; you might want to do a search), and it's great. The blades are foam, so kids can't hurt themselves, and both of mine like to play with it. It creates a surprisingly strong breeze for its size:
