My mom is in the market for an inexpensive stroller for my 6 month old son that will only be used occasionally (*maybe* 1-2 times a week). We've seen many that will suffice, but they all seem to have straps that must be adjusted to recline the back of the seat. She says she doesn't mind, as long as I show her how to use it, but having had the convienience of my Zippy for so long, I think the straps are a pain in the butt.

So, are there any cheapy (under $100, but the less expensive, the better), relatively full featured strollers that don't have that sort of recline mechanism? Since it really won't be used all that often, Kolcraft, Graco, etc is fine.

Thanks, in advance!

Jennifer

My first thought was a nice Zooper. You can get a great deal on an old Cool Zone (the Z-Street but with more lightweight fabrics) for $90.

We have a 2003 Z-Street at my mom's house and it's an awesome stroller. Full recline (no straps), 5-pt harness, high quality, peek-a-boo canopy, great steering, and holds up to 40 lbs.

You may be able to catch a great deal on some Z-Streets on Ebay too.

Good luck!
