Help getting Zippy to stand upright

I have an '04 Zippy. How do I get it to stand upright? I've tried locking the back wheels, and then letting it rest on the front legs, but it doesn't stay in a locked position - it semi-pops out.

You need to lock the front wheels in the fixed position (basically turn the swivel off). Then, when you fold it, it should stand upright.

I've never bothered to lock my front wheels. I just give the stroller a small push forward to make sure the front wheels are tucked under before zipping the whole thing up. If the front wheels are swung outward, it won't stand upright.
