When will '07 models go on sale?

So I've held out (well, been indecisive) for a long time but I've finally decided to get an all-terrain/jogging type stroller-- I'm looking at either the BJ city single or the BOB revolution. But since it's nearly November, I'm thinking maybe they're just about to come out with '08 models, and the '07s will go on sale. I just hate to pay full price and then 3 wks later find them discounted. Or, find that the new models have exciting new features that I'd wish I'd gotten. Does anyone know when to expect new models to come out?

I just saw a 2008 BOB SUS on ebay this morning, but am wondering if it was really an '08 model. I, too, am waiting to see if the '07 models will go on sale soon...I missed the sale that joggingstroller.com just had. I hope someone knows when end of year sales traditionally happen.

BOB's customer service told me that the only thing new on the '08 SUS is additional color choices. I'm not sure about the Revolution.
