$1000 per baby born in 2007. Not sure I'm holding my breath about this baby actually getting the money from the government (I'll believe that when I see it!), I'd prefer if the gov't gave it to parents in trust or directly into RESPs. But, I like the idea.
And, gotta love the smoking ban!!! :)
