I was pleasantly surprised to find a good selection of "good" plastic containers at Community Natural Health Foods in Calgary. They had lots of Klean Kanteens (with sippy lids and adult sized ones too). Also they had all the products made by Born Free - everything from glass bottles to sippy cups and bottles made out of good plastics. I haven't completely gotten rid of the many bad baby bottles we have in the house, but I am trying to phase them out and am happy to have good sippy options if DD turns into a sippy kid (DS2 never liked them and went straight to cups and juice boxes).
