Where to buy cheap P3??

I am trying to organize a gift for my dear friend who is expecting her 5th any day now. Her old Inglesina broke and she needs a new stroller. I think the P3 will do the trick, but everywhere I look, they are $400, which is pretty steep! I am getting a lot of friends together, but the cheaper the stroller, the better. Has anyone seen any good sales on P3s? The cheapest online price I found is about $370, I think.

TJs has the '06 for $349Cdn and the '07 for $369Cdn. Personally, I'd get the '07, but that's just me.

In theory, TJs should have the best price. They sell more Pegs than anyone else in the country.

What do you like better on the '07? I was told the only difference was the new wheels and the new brake system - is there anything else? If I have to pay $369 from TJs plus shipping, I think I would prefer to buy locally for $399 so that I can get it the second the baby is born.

black wheels (I have the Revi black), new brakes are interlinked so you only set one to use both, clear window on canopy (with cover), not the mesh kind.

ETA: Sorry, the canopy window isn't clear, its still mesh, but it now has a cover. The '06s and earlier had the mesh but no cover. Too many strollers here, I can't keep them straight LOL!
