I finally found the dress of my dreams, and even better got a quote from netbride that would save me $350. Before deciding to order online (the whole thing makes me a little nervous for a purchase of this magnitude) I called the number listed for "sarah". Well, Sarah has yet to be there, and no one has returned my calls, although I have left messages with living people. I also checked with the Ian Stuart web site to see if Rush's (the parent company of netbride) was an authorized retailer. It appears they are not. So I have decided to buy my gown from a shop, despite the cost, because I fear that a company that can't handle a simple task of returning phone calls probably can't handle the more complex tasks of ordering and sending the correct wedding dress.
