I just have a general question regarding sound levels when you're watching movies at home!
I've never "needed" to have the volume super loud...but DH feels otherwise...we have a pretty decent home theater setup in our living room ~ he loves watching movies (and we're not talking comedy or romance...we're talking Titanic, Pearl Harbor, anything w/ bombs, shooting, etc) at levels I feel are way too loud (45+ on the receiver w/ the subwoofer cranked).
It's usually after DS is asleep...or going to sleep...and his room is right above the TV and speakers. I worry about DS falling asleep to these sounds.
So....i guess my question is this....what do others do? Yes, we want to enjoy our movies at home, but within reason!
TIA!
