I admit, I'm feeling pretty smug, since I had Jessica pegged as the winner from way back!
I feel bad for Tara. What did everybody else think?
And what was up with Jesse's mom's comment about Tara "not liking boys"? I thought that was the most interesting comment of the night.

I missed the first part with his family.
I felt bad for Tara, but got tired of the puking scenes she was not handling the stress well at all and the other thing (not that this matters) was everytime she was getting in and out of the limo she was giving a peep show. I also did not like that Jessica was watching from the window.
What did Tara mean when she said he was inappropriate on the last alone date?

<yawn> This had to be the most boring Bachelor EVER.
And can I bet a $100 right now, that these two will not be together a year from now.
Let's see.. my thoughts on last night:
1. Did not like Jessica's hair-do at the final rose ceremony.
2. Totally agree about the peep-show whenever Tara got in and out of the limo.
3. Totally agree about 'not liking boys' being the weirdest comment the whole night. Wow, Jesse's mom, way to go in judging a person in precisely 5 minutes!!!
4. How come JennySpy was freezing and still wearing pumps and cargo-capris?
5. I think Jenny's husband waxed his eyebrows.
6. The twist on who got out of the car first was a good idea...at least kept our interest for a little while
7. I don't think Jessica knew that there was a camera focussed on her when Tara came to be rejected at the altar... once she realized.. she left.
8. Good for Tara for calling Jesse out on his inappropriate behavior...slime ball.. i really don't like him. I find him, as he is portrayed on tv, to be unintelligent and boring.
Overall... i think Jesse is so NOT a catch and if Jessica is smart, she should rip up that one-way ticket and shred it in the garbage-disposal.

I forgot about the hairdo I did not like that either.

I can not stand the male Jessie at all!!!! All he did was find fault in the gals the whole time, he never had anything nice to say. In the end was the only time I actually found him to speak at all...
And wasn't his dad just the same????
YUCK!!!! It was so boring, soooooooo boring!!!!!!!
BUT I HAVE A QUESTION: I missed the whole stalker scene and what happend there with (what was her name????)....can someone give me a run down I'd love to know :)
I know she approached him while eating with the pagent chick and she offered him a key to her room but that is all I know...

Neve, she offered him the key to his room but he never went. So they showed her moping (sp?) in her room, sitting by the window. Then they went to an outside view of the hotel (i forget the name.. it is this really nice one in DC) and showed her silhouette in the window and then right above her room were Jesse and Mandy Jaye in the hot-tub and you could see their silhouettes... CHEESY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boring. I also do not like Jesse. I actually thought all three of them were pretty boring. Did not like Jessica's hair either, nor her dress. The dress itself was kind of pretty, but it did not fit her well. Also, ITA about Tara's flashing. She even pulled up her dress when she was gettin in the limo the first time and showed more leg. Just did not seem very elegant...
The mom's comment about Tara not liking boys was definitely interesting. I missed Jessica's visit with his family, but I did not like his mother at all, and judging from the visit with Tara his whole family seems blah! No wonder Jesse has no personality.
About Tara confronting him at the end, yeah, good for her, but did she never watch any of the previous shows. Come on, that's all these bachelors/bachelorettes do, fool around with every girl/guy up to the very end. What was she expecting?!
I can't believe I am still watching these shows... I am so pathetic. And yet, I can't wait to see them all together in the little reunion next week.:P

Did anyone see Kelly Ripa making fun of male Jessie this morning. It was funny. She was pointing out that he kept insisting that the women "tell him how they feel". Yeah, I know that makes me sound like a real loser up last night watching The Bachelor and this morning Regis! If that research about your children watching TV before 2 is true I am doomed.
Anyway, I thought Tara was a little bit of a freak last night. Did anyone notice that it sounded like she was throwing up but it did not look like she was at the time. She was kneeling and if she had thrown up at the time she would have done it all over her dress. And did she ask for mints? Yuck.
Also, Jennyspy is a bit of an emotional gal!? Jeesh. And when was the last time you asked another woman to be your bestfriend? Kindergarten?

I was feeling pretty smug about the whole thing myself. Didn't he choose her just about first in every rose ceremony?
But I tell you, if I were him, one look at the hairstyle and dress would have had me pondering whether I had made a mistake. Yikes. Even DH who was trying so hard not to pay attention was distracted by the whole get-up. I didn't like her particularly, but I was glad they ended up together since I don't like him too much either. I'm sure it is partially the editing but, yuck. And DH also pointed out how ridiculously egotistical he sounded when rather than telling J that when he proposes, if she says yes, she'll make him the happiest guy in the world, he told her that he would make her the happiest woman in the world. Wow.
I really felt sorry for Tara. Initially she didn't do anything for me, but by the end I had really liked her. And I basically cheered when she told Jesse he had been inappropriate. Obviously they did the wild thing, but I suspect there were some declarations of undying love/you're-the-one statements also. I cry foul on that one.
I wondered about Jennyspy's ensemble as well. I'm thinking she is regretting the sweatercoat move now that she sees it.
That flower garden also made me feel like I was watching Alice in Wonderland. Everything was just surreal and unnaturally colored and just overwhelmingly puke-inducing.
Finally, did you notice how NOT nice the hotel rooms were? My goodness, I would have thought that they would have put them up in something that didn't look like the local off-brand of the Motel 6.

YES YES YES. Totally puke-inducing fake-looking flower garden. And yes, hotel room looked like the local Motel 6.. what with cheapo plasticy looking vertical blinds and all.
I felt bad for Tara. I think Jesse's mom was just saying that Tara has other interests in her life right now and that she's not ready for a spouse, relationship, whatever and that she wasn't interested in being with a boy (at this time). I think that's all she meant by that.
Ditto jessica's hair. Mentioned it to DH too.
Ditto Tara's dress flash! Looong legs!
They tried to fool us with Jessica seeing jesse first this time.
I think Tara was referring to the fact that they probably got pretty intimate on their overnight date and he told her how much he is falling for her, etc, and then picked another girl. Don't know if that means they actually had sex or just other stuff, but I suspect they did enough for her to believe it was only happening with her. That close to the end, I guess I think it would also be inappropriate to lead her to believe she's the one, but ya gotta get the ratings, right?!

I liked them both, but I'm super annoyed by Jesse (or the way they portrayed him) with the whole epiphany thing. I mean, really, it is ridiculous to think that up until the night before/day of that he didn't know who he was going to pick. Clearly, that's just a suspense-type thing, but it made it seem so contrived that it wasn't even good or fun to watch! I didn't watch the Bachelorette very often, but everyone (including Jesse's mom, lol) said that you could actually see Meredith and Ian's relationship develop and them fall in love. But on this one, you didn't even feel any empathy for them, since they didn't really show that at all! And, if I was Jessica, I would ALWAYS be mad the Jesse had told me that he was falling in love with me, and someone else. Maybe he was just instructed to tell her that, but still, it doesn't make you have warm and fuzzy feelings as a viewer.
I'm really excited to see next week's "after the rose" show. I wanna know what is going on.....

I totally agree, Tara...I don't feel like I saw anyone falling in love.

I so noticed that throw up sounds done over her sitting there where she would have gotten the dress...that dress did look huge on her though...they both looked like they were in non traditional wedding attire to me...it was odd!!!!
That was my same complaint of male jessie he kept finding fault in these gals...he is a looser...I wouldn't have him on a silver platter!!!!
