How do i put a picture in a post?

I have pictures from dn's birthday party on kodak easy share and i want to post them. does anyone know how?

I'm not super tech savvy but here's my best explanation. If you don't have the pictures saved on your computer already (as .jpeg's for example) do that. Then, start a post and click in the box below the message that says "Click here to choose your attachments." Browse your computer and select the picture you want to add. Click the box that says "Check this box if you wish to embed attachment URL in the message text box." You can repeat for multiple pictures. This should imbed your pictures in your post.

Ok i uploaded the pictures to my computer but it says that the images are too large to put on a post... what should i do now?
