I'm picking up the keys to our new home later this afternoon!!!

The carpets are being cleaned as we speak, and after 4pm we can get in to figure out what we need to buy. Tomorrow we can start bringing in our stuff, but the carpet won't be dry so we can't bring over furniture until Monday night...so on Monday during the day I'll be there with DS getting things organized and the cable hooked up, and by Tuesday night we'll be 100% moved in.

Oh I am - there are lists of lists of things we get to buy - yay!!!

I wish I could get a pack of BBB girlfriends together to make an adventure of it - DH is great and all, but I prefer shopping when he babysits ;)

Well, since he said today that he was psyched to finally have the house to himself during the day, I think that he's planning to lay on the couch in his underwear w/o me in viewing distance...

Petra, you have no idea how happy I am for you! I can't think of anyone more deserving of this than you! I wish I could be there to help you with the shopping and moving in! I'll be praying that EVERYTHING goes smoothly and you will be completely moved in with everything installed, moved in, etc., and enjoying your newly furnished digs within 1 week. :)
