So we left Naples on Thursday night (we live just a few blocks east of the mandatory evacuation zone) and decided to drive w/ the kids/dogs to Orlando. We ended up boarding the dogs just outside of the city and got a hotel on International Drive near Universal. We ended up getting a FL resident 3-Day Park Hopper Pass for Disney. We did GreenMeadows Farm yesterday, the Magic Kingdom today and I'm looking for something I could do indoors with the two kids tomorrow AM, so my DH can get some work done at the hotel. Any locals have any suggestions for something that's not too far a drive and that's indoors? We'll probably hit the parks again on Tuesday and Wednesday before heading back to Naples.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I can't think of anything indoors besides the Orlando Science Center, Medieval Times/ Arabian Nights, or the mall (Mall of Millennia is really nice). Just make sure it's open before you head out!!

HTH

ETA: I thought of another place...Wonder Works is off of International Drive and is a pretty neat place to bring children to as well.

Welcome to Orlando! I was going to suggest the Science Center too. It's right in downtown Orlando. If the weather clears, you can do downtown Disney. It's free and there is Legoland for your preschooler to play, a choo choo train, and a carousel. There is also a Ghiardelli :P. You can have lunch there at Earl of Sandwich. Great Sandwiches for $5 bucks...on Disney property that's a deal. I recommend the Caprese...yum!
