Ok, many choices only time for one. Which should I see right now. Bear in mind that in addition to being a HP fan (read the last book in a single night) I am a huge, huge, huge Johnny Cash fan. And a news junkie....
Agghh! Why do all the movies I want to bother seeing in a year come out in the same week???

I would base it on which ones would be good on the big screen and which ones I can get on Netflix. Considering the last two movies I saw on the big screen were HP and LofTR#3, I vote for HP. Your next two choices are already saved on my Netflix list. :)

I agree with PP. HP would be my first choice.

Harry Potter all the way....we went and saw the midnight showing...dumb move really cause I was sick from the yummy popcorn the next day - baby did not like it so close to bed time....but TOTALLY worth it. It was fantastic...I cant wait to see it again! For being as dark of a book as it was, the movie was hysterical, I almost wet my pants a few times. Im really liked the look of it, dark but at the same time the director did a great job lightening it up at parts. Sooo yeah...harry potter! Enjoy whatever show you get to see.....I love a good date night!

I would go see Walk the Line. I love movies about musicians. Plus, I am not a HP fan! :)

DH and I saw Walk the Line last night, and it was AMAZING!! I'm not even a Johnny Cash fan. LOVED it! DH had spent the day partying for the OSU/Michigan game, so I totally expected him to fall asleep, but he stayed awake and loved it too. MUST See!!

We're watching "Good night and Good luck" this week while at the in-laws...George Clooney is on the list of people I'd leave my husband for ;) and the movie looks pretty good too :)
Then DH wants to go see Rent the movie, and I'll drag along if he drags along for Pride and Prejudice for me: Or we can save money and he watches Rent while I watch P & P :)
Edited to add that DH and I are NOT Harry Potter fans and as such my vote is tainted ;)

I saw Walk The Line yesterday and as PP said, it was AMAZING! Joquain Phoenix was incredible. Reese Witherspoon was also great, but I was most impressed with his performance. I've never been a Johnny Cash fan, but this was such a fantastic movie.

I want to see "Pride and Prejudice" or "I Walk the Line." I think those two movies look wonderful...DH and I are going to try to see at least one of them while the ILs are in town this week. I'm not a HP fan though. Have fun!

My vote was for HP, but I saw Walk the Line on Sat. A friend and I were supposed to see HP yesterday, but her parents had pre-purchased tickets for them that she didn't know about till 1 hr before. So after a much needed beer we went to see the late show of Walk the Line. And again, like PP said, it was AMAZING! Joaquin & Reece both did AWESOME jobs singing. Joaquin sounded great, but I figured he would. Reece on the other had did a FABULOUS job, I would've never guessed she could sing like that.
What ever movie you do see go early for a good seat and to check out the previews. There were sooo many MORE movies I need to see before the winter ends!
I can't wait to see HP though, my mom and I have a date to go see it.

Well my husband's list of to see movies was HP, Wallace and Grommitt and Chicken Little. He had Walk the Line and good night and good luck for video picks (much like I might have Wallace and Grommit as a video pick!) So we are opting for the only overlapping one and the top pick here- HP. Normally we would just each go see what we liked the best but we love HP together so it seems like the best way to spend our limited time and cash. Now I just have to figure out WHY my husband lists Chicken Little ahead of Walk the Line. Especially since he loves Johnny Cash even more than I do.
