My baby is 4 months old and I'm still in maternity clothes, and for some reason the weight is just not coming off this time. Can anyone recommend a good workout video that can be done in a relatively small area? I also need one that's kind of gentle because I have knee problems.

Thanks!

I would suggest a pre or post natal yoga video. You would be surprised how gentle yoga seems, but how good it is for your body. Cindy Crawford also makes a good DVD for post baby, but some reps might be hard on your knees. Also, depending on your knees Walk Away the Pounds is a DVD that people really like, it is really gentle if you modify the marching bit, and is the best for weight loss. Amazon.com is a good place to start looking, even if you don't buy from them, because the customer reviews are helpful. All of these can be done in a really small area, especially walk Away the Pounds.

check out www.collage-video.com It's the largest collection of workout videos online. It's a VERY popular site because you 1. can view a portion of every video 2. customers do the reviews! I would look for workouts that say low-impact for your knees and stay away from kickboxing. These workouts are meant to be done at home so they for the most part can be done in a small area. I workout in a space of about 9 X 10 ft (aprx) without a problem and have used several different workouts by different people. If you have any more questions post in MommyFIT. You may get more responces there! GOOD LUCK, and it CAN be done.
