I apologize if this was posted before. I haven't seen it. I thought it was worth posting since a lot of doctors prescribe flouride drops for children who grow up household where the water contains no additional flouride:

Wow, I didn't know that! Most of the FF moms I know used filtered water from the tap, but I'm sure it still had fluoride.

Wow, this is the opposite of what I was told when DS was born! I always read that you shouldn't make formula with bottled water because it didn't have flouride in it. Thanks for posting this info!

I've heard that many bottled waters do contain flouride. Some of them are nothing more than tap water "purified" and bottled. I'll try to dig up a link with information.
Anyhow, I know lots of kids get prescribed flouride from the ped. so I thought this was good information to share.
ETA: Here is a link talking about flouride in bottled water. It's a shame some doctors aren't better educated on the subject.

Yeah, if it isn't reverse osmosis filtered, it very likely comes from a flouridated public water source.
